Position: Facilities Manager
About: QTI’s client is currently looking for a full-time Facility Manager to provide support for their facility located in Middleton, Wisconsin. This Facility Manager position is responsible for protecting, maintaining, and enhancing the value of a commercial real estate asset to maximize the owner’s financial return and benefit the tenants, consumers, and the community. The role involves operational maintenance, tenant customer service, capital improvement project management, and construction activities under the direction of the Property Management Director.
Requirements: Five years minimum of work in facility management and/or operations is required including previous work experience with multiple types of commercial real estate and maintenance; good knowledge of mechanical systems, including lighting and ballasts, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, general repairs, building automation systems, and customer service; PC literacy required, including spreadsheets; experience with property management systems such as Yardi and Angus preferred; experience with building automation systems and access control systems preferred; ability to work independently and as part of a team; strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-through; critical thinking, judgment, and discretion are essential; ability to prioritize and manage competing demands effectively
