Position: Facilities Manager
About: An entertainment/hospitality company in Brooklyn, New York is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee the maintenance and operations of its venue, warehouse, and office spaces. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facilities management within commercial or industrial properties, ensuring the efficient operation of all systems and equipment while maintaining safety and logistics.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; 3+ years of experience in Facilities Management, preferably in the Entertainment/Hospitality industry; Hold F-04 and F-07 certifications; Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems; Fluent in English and Spanish; Available to work on-site in Brooklyn, New York, and on-call during nights and weekends for emergencies
