Position: Facilities Manager

This position is responsible for managing all aspects of property maintenance, building management, and equipment installation for the bank’s branches and offices.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; 5+ years of relevant experience; previous facilities management experience managing commercial properties; strong interpersonal, written communication, and listening skills; strong focus on customer service and satisfaction; knowledge of basic accounting and financing principles; strong organizational and prioritization skills; attention to detail and accuracy; ability to manage multiple projects effectively; self-starter with the ability to work independently; problem-solving skills; time management abilities; proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
