Position: Facilities Manager
About: CBRE is currently seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee building operations and maintenance for a facility, campus, or portfolio of small to medium-sized buildings. This role is part of the Facilities Management functional area, focusing on all aspects of asset operations, supporting Property Managers with repairs and investment plans.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in facilities management preferred; strong leadership and supervisory skills; ability to coordinate repairs and maintenance tasks effectively; familiarity with budgeting and project management; knowledge of environmental health and safety regulations
