Position: Facilities Manager
About: Commercial and Residential Management Group (CRMG) is looking for an Affordable Property Manager with exceptional attention to detail and customer service skills for the 74-unit HUD apartment communities of Scott Crest Plaza and Candalaria Plaza Apartments in Portland, OR. The Affordable Property Manager will oversee day-to-day property management tasks such as marketing, maintaining property integrity, resident screening, rent collection, notice serving, report development, and agreement preparation. Income Property Management recently acquired C&R Management Group, rebranding to CRMG, offering growth opportunities and a stable work environment.
Requirements: High school degree or equivalent; Two (2) years of customer service experience; One (1) year of property management experience; Previous experience with Entrata Property Management Software preferred; Basic proficiency in MS365 tools (TEAMS, Word, Outlook, Excel); Basic math skills; Strong communication skills; Attention to detail; Knowledge of landlord/tenant laws and safety protocols; Ability to handle after-hours emergencies; Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and auto insurance proof
