Position: Facilities Manager
About: EMCOR Facilities Services (EFS) is a core business of EMCOR that services over 1 billion square feet of commercial space across the United States. EFS provides a range of services supporting mission-critical areas in financial services, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, transportation, and education sectors.
Requirements: BA degree preferred; 5-8 years in Facility Management; ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals; ability to write routine reports and correspond accordingly; ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of an organization; ability to calculate figures and amounts; ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry; blue print reading, Microsoft Excel, and ability to navigate a CMMS system; photography skills; flexibility to react and perform in a changing environment; adaptability to work within customer constraints; leadership skills to effectively lead and manage others cross-functionally
