Position: Facilities Manager
About: Responsible for overseeing the functionality and safety of the facility, including buildings, mechanical equipment, electrical systems, and grounds. Manages staff, conducts facility inspections, leads energy management programs, and ensures compliance with safety regulations. Develops strategies to improve operational efficiency and cost controls, maintains budgets, and handles emergency responses. Communicates with internal teams and external vendors for optimal building operations and upholds preventive maintenance programs. Requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in property operations, facility maintenance, or a related field, with experience in Central Plant Operations and a hospitality background in hotels, casinos, or resorts.
