Position: Facilities Manager
About: C&W, a facilities management company, is seeking a dedicated professional to oversee the day-to-day operations of facilities and campuses, ensuring adherence to company policies and client directives. Responsibilities include managing contracts, supervising maintenance programs, addressing tenant needs, and maintaining accurate documentation and reports in compliance with service agreements.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Corporate Real Estate, Project Management, or Business Administration required; 5-7 years of commercial high-rise, campus environment, and/or property portfolio management experience required; experience in leasing, construction, engineering, and property operation preferred; Certified Facility Manager (CFM) or industry certifications recommended; ability to read construction specifications and blueprints; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and financial management; familiarity with Building Management Systems maintenance; strong communication, technical, problem-solving, leadership, teamwork, relationship management, and financial management skills
