Position: Facilities Manager
About: Ascendo Resources is currently seeking a Facilities Manager for a full-time role located in Brooklyn, New York. Our client is a top leader in the entertainment industry. This position is fully on-site, is approximately 9am to 5pm, and offers full benefits including health, dental, PTO, and 401k.
Requirements: Facilities Manager with 3+ years of experience in the Entertainment/Hospitality space dealing with commercial or industrial properties; Certified in F-04 and F-07; Excellent knowledge of HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing; Bilingual in English and Spanish; Able to work 5 days on-site in Brooklyn, New York; Able to be on-call during nights and weekends in case of emergencies
