Position: Facilities Manager
About: Sunny Skies Terrace (SST) is seeking an Associate Facility Manager to oversee operations and development in their commercial real estate and shopping center portfolio. The role involves managing facility management, repairs, construction, and preventive maintenance for multiple shopping centers. The ideal candidate will have a maintenance and basic construction management background, strong communication skills, and experience in coordinating various tasks within a shopping center environment.
Requirements: A bachelor’s degree in construction, real estate, or sustainability; 3+ years of experience in retail/commercial/shopping center operations or facility management; previous experience managing vendor relationships, preparing RFPs, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations; proficiency in using online facilities management systems; strong knowledge of building maintenance practices and repair procedures; excellent communication and problem-solving skills; authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
