Position: Facilities Manager

Requirements: Completion of one of the following: 10+ years of experience OR Associate degree and five years related work experience OR Bachelor’s degree and three years related work experience; ability to analyze problems, apply critical thinking and find creative solutions; knowledge of building construction, design, and project management; familiarity with preventative maintenance and facility operations planning; strong leadership, self-motivation, organization, and teamwork skills; ability to work well under pressure, prioritize workload, and manage multiple projects; practical knowledge in scheduling, cost management, and vendor relations; excellent verbal and written communication skills; knowledge of OSHA and safety standards; high level of maturity, personal drive, and judgment; ability to travel up to 50% of the time; valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; proficient in Microsoft Office, Building Information Management, and other related applications.
