Position: Facilities Manager

Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Construction Management, plus 6-8 years of relevant technical supervisory experience; previous higher education experience desirable; broad technical knowledge in facilities management; working knowledge of skilled trades; technical training in engineering beneficial; excellent planning, organizational, budget, personnel management skills; ability to interact effectively with diverse groups.
