Requirements: Significant experience managing/coordinating facilities, onsite employees, and maintenance teams, planning maintenance, and assisting new employees; Comfortability working full-time + 24/7 on-call to respond to building management and security concerns; Ability to assess and coordinate office space planning and provide clear direction and communication with employees; Experience managing external service providers, contractors, and vendors within the office space
