Requirements: With 10+ years of progressive facilities management experience, ideally honed at leading tech companies; exceptional communicator with strong leadership skills; detail-oriented and analytical, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement; technologically proficient, with experience using modern facilities management software, IoT solutions, and data analytics tools; customer-centric, dedicated to creating workplace environments that enhance both employee satisfaction and operational efficiency
