Requirements: Required Education: A Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Master’s preferred). Required Experience: 5-7 years in facilities design, planning, or management; 7-10 years preferred, with extensive experience overseeing facilities supporting laboratories, clinics, pharmacies, and hospitality accommodations. Proven ability to manage high-performing maintenance teams and external service providers. Experience with ISO-classified spaces is a plus. Strong communication skills are essential. Required Expertise: Familiarity with building management systems (BMS) and infrastructure systems, clinic, pharmacy, and laboratory equipment. Required Technical Skills: Proficiency in communication platforms (e.g., Slack), procurement software (e.g., Procurify), MS Office, AutoCAD (preferred), Bluebeam, estimating software, and project management tools. Knowledge of ADA compliance, California Building Codes, Title 24, EHS practices, and lockout/tagout procedures. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications for existing and future buildings.
