Position: Facilities Maintenance Specialist (Hiring Immediately)
About: Erickson Senior Living, a leading provider of senior living and healthcare with a national network of communities, is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to join their Home Office Facilities Team in Catonsville, Maryland. This role involves maintaining mechanical areas, common spaces, and office/cubicle areas through skilled maintenance tasks and repair techniques.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; valid driver’s license; EPA certification to handle refrigerants within 6 months of hire; working knowledge of building maintenance including plumbing, electrical, flooring, appliances, and HVAC systems; effective communication skills; ability to represent and support Erickson Senior Living Mission, Vision, Values, and One Team concepts
