Position: Facilities Maintenance Manager, Electrical

About: Sodexo Corporate Services seeks a Facilities Maintenance Manager to lead and manage the full scope of Integrated Facilities Management services for a Consumers Product Client located in Rocky Hill, CT. This position involves managing building operations and maintenance for a 200k sq ft unit consisting of office space, laboratories, and a central heating/cooling plant on 57 acres. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background in mechanical, electrical, controls, safety, and environmental services.

Requirements: Minimum education requirement: Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience; 2 years of management experience; 2 years of work experience in facilities maintenance, plant operations, or engineering services. Key requirements include strong electrical background, State of Connecticut Electrical license (E-1 or E-2 preferred), technical knowledge in mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, controls, structural, safety systems, architectural, landscape, and energy management, experience in team management, CMMS work order system, building automation systems, exceptional customer service, relationship building, and communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
