Position: Facilities Maintenance Manager

Requirements: Associates degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or 10 years of facility maintenance supervisory experience; proven experience in facilities maintenance management with a strong background in building systems and maintenance practices; excellent leadership and team management skills; strong organizational and project management abilities; knowledge of safety regulations and compliance requirements; effective communication and interpersonal skills; proficiency in maintenance management software and Microsoft Office Suite; ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
