Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in facility management, engineering, or related field; 7-10 years in facilities management, including hands-on MEP systems experience; 5+ years of team leadership and supervisory experience; proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel) and familiarity with CMMS and construction management software; Certified Facility Manager (CFM) or Facility Management Professional (FMP) preferred; strong problem-solving, multitasking, and organizational skills; ability to build and maintain positive client relationships; commitment to continuous improvement and team success
