Position: Facilities & Maintenance Manager

They are currently looking for a Facilities & Maintenance Manager at DCA to oversee the maintenance and operations of hanger and leased space for clients, ensuring service excellence and client satisfaction.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in facility management, engineering, or related field; 7-10 years in facilities management with hands-on MEP systems experience; 5+ years of team leadership and supervisory experience; Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel) and familiarity with CMMS and construction management software; Certified Facility Manager (CFM) or Facility Management Professional (FMP) preferred; Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and organizational skills; Ability to build and maintain positive client relationships; Commitment to continuous improvement and team success
