Position: Facilities Maintenance Execution Manager

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in transportation, logistics, or a related field is preferred. Background and experience in maintenance and reliability with demonstrated leadership and communication skills. Minimum of five (5) years of experience in operations and maintenance execution activities, with expertise in a petroleum or fuel delivery business required; minimum of three (3) years supervisory experience required. Proficient in Microsoft Office products, skilled in complex problem-solving, effective verbal and written communication skills, ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships, proficiency in preparing, monitoring budgets, ability to function effectively in a team, adaptability to changing work demands, ability to prioritize and organize work assignments, attention to detail and accuracy in a detail-oriented environment, working knowledge of federal and state marine safety, health, and environmental regulations, knowledge of training methodology, strategic thinking, problem-solving abilities, ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
