Position: Facilities General Manager – Fenway Park
About: Historic Fenway Park in Boston is seeking a talented Facilities General Manager to join their team. The Facilities General Manager will oversee contracted facilities services, particularly custodial services, to meet client objectives and ensure customer satisfaction. The role involves operational management, relationship building, financial oversight, and a focus on safety.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree level education highly preferred in an area of Hospitality, Facilities, or Business Management; experience leading a team of custodial employees in Sports and Entertainment Venues; bilingual in English and Spanish is highly preferred; ability to focus on client and customer services, entrepreneurship, and business growth; strong interpersonal and communication skills; experience in service industry, contract services, or hospitality environment; proven ability in budget management, financial analysis, and strategic planning.
