Position: Facilities General Manager – Fenway Park
About: Aramark is currently seeking a talented Facilities General Manager to join their team at Historic Fenway Park in Boston. As a Facilities General Manager, the role involves planning, managing, and guiding contracted facilities services to meet operating and financial goals, client objectives, and customer needs, with a focus on custodial services. The position requires strong operational management skills, positive relationship building abilities, financial acumen, and a dedication to safety to deliver exceptional service to clients.
Requirements: Experience leading a team of custodial employees in Sports and Entertainment Venues; bilingual in English and Spanish highly preferred; Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Facilities, or Business Management preferred; Strong focus on client and customer services, entrepreneurship, and business growth; Effective communication skills with clients, senior management, and support staff; Ability to understand and implement contractual requirements; Previous experience in service industry, contract services, or hospitality environment; Proven track record in leading through other managers; Experience in department budget management, financial controls, analysis, and crafting sales strategies and operational initiatives.
