Position: Facilities General Manager – Fenway Park

Requirements: Experience leading a team of custodial employees in a Sports and Entertainment Venue; bilingual in English and Spanish highly preferred; Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Facilities, or Business Management preferred; Strong focus on client and customer services, entrepreneurship, and business growth; Excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication with clients, senior management, and support staff; Ability to interpret and implement contractual requirements, identify operational opportunities, and manage budgets; Proven experience in service, contract services, or hospitality environments; Strong leadership skills through managing other managers and departments; Proficiency in creating product sales strategies, implementing operational programs, and financial analysis.
