Position: Facilities Engineering Manager
About: The Manager, Facilities (Engineering) position is within the Ballpark Operations department at CACTI Park of the Palm Beaches. The role involves overseeing the physical plant to ensure optimal functioning of building systems, including mechanical, electrical, fire/life safety, and other services. Responsibilities include performing preventative maintenance tasks and repairs on various systems, managing maintenance projects, and selecting qualified vendors for service contracts. The position requires hands-on involvement in installations, repairs, and operations when necessary.
Requirements: Associate degree in construction technology or related field; Facilities engineer experience (5 years) in stadium, office, or commercial building; Knowledge of occupational hazards and safety precautions; Effective communication skills with stakeholders; Ability to interact with various parties; Organized and detail-oriented; Pass criminal background check
