Position: Facilities Director

This specific position is contingent upon contract award and will be located in the southeast, southwest, or central United States with likely travel requirements.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field OR 15+ years of significant military or corrections experience; Minimum of 5 years of administrative leadership experience in managing secure detention or correctional facilities; Equivalent experience through a career development program (work-related experience, training, or college credits) will be considered; Extensive understanding of detention/correctional facility management, security protocols, and compliance requirements; Demonstrated ability to lead teams in high-pressure environments, ensuring safety and operational efficiency; Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills; Ability to analyze complex challenges and make critical decisions in high-stakes situations; Strong grasp of rehabilitation and treatment programs within secure facilities; Clean criminal background check, favorable credit check, and no prior drug use; Ability to obtain and maintain a favorable background investigation; Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general office equipment; Ability to work full-time hours, including weekends and holidays; U.S. citizenship required
