Position: Facilities Director
About: The Town of Glastonbury is actively recruiting for the managerial position of Facilities Director. The Facilities Director will be responsible for the effective, safe, efficient, and sustainable operation of municipal buildings/facilities, as well as the management of capital projects for the Town and select school capital projects.
Requirements: Bachelors degree in civil, structural or mechanical engineering, planning, architecture, construction management or related field, preferred; Seven (7) years progressively responsible related professional experience with at least four (4) years of management and supervisory experience in the field of building design, engineering, construction or facilities management. OR Four years of relevant experience may be a substitute for the bachelors degree requirement; Drivers license; Professional certification, desired
