About: The Mayroad company is seeking a Residential Maintenance Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain residential properties and other company assets, including structural, paint, plumbing, HVAC, and more. The technician will handle emergency services, routine maintenance, and various repairs within Mayroad communities and amenities.
Requirements: High school graduate or GED; at least 3+ years of experience in residential maintenance, including carpentry, plumbing, basic electrical, and hydronic heating
