Position: Facilities Coordinator
About: The Mayroad Residential Maintenance Technician job opportunity involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining residential properties and various Mayroad assets such as pools, community centers, playgrounds, ice rinks, dog parks, and community gardens. The role includes tasks related to structural, paint, plumbing, HVAC, steam, pressure washing, cleaning, and electrical maintenance based on assigned duties.
Requirements: At least 3 years of experience in general residential maintenance, including HVAC, carpentry, plumbing, and basic electrical. Ability to perform routine maintenance in residential communities, occupied and vacant residences, and community properties. Proficiency in fixing structural damage, repairs to walls, floors, crawlspaces, ceilings, insulation, attics, entryways, windows, decks, patios, garages, and pools.
