Requirements: Basic knowledge of facility maintenance and repair procedures; Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively; Strong organizational skills for managing supplies and materials; Effective communication and teamwork abilities; Attention to detail in inspecting and maintaining facilities; Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
