Position: FACILITIES ASSISTANT

Requirements: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience; understanding of cleaning protocols and procedures for public spaces; familiarity with safe handling and disposal of waste; proficiency in operating cleaning equipment including vacuums, air blowers, floor scrubbers, and polishers; ability to use a utility vehicle for transporting items as needed; competence in event setup and facilitation; attention to detail for all tasks performed; strong organizational skills to manage and prioritize daily tasks effectively; sound communication skills to coordinate with staff and event organizers; ability to work independently and as part of a team, ensuring all areas are maintained to a high standard; ability to work a flexible schedule with weekend and evening availability to accommodate special events
