Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent required; Customer service skills; Mathematical skills; Ability to work flexible hours; Mail handling & distribution; Time management; Adhere to SLA’s of 1-3 business days on request; Detail-oriented; Adaptability; Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Complete fluency in Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook; Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; Highly detail-oriented and organized; Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; Must be authorized to work in the U.S; Must be able to successfully pass a background check
