Position: Facilities Administrative Assistant
About: The Facilities Administrative Assistant provides support in all administrative tasks as well as facilities operations. This includes but is not limited to answering phones, filing, communicating with General Manager and applicants, supporting Human Resources and scheduling staff. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to effectively communicate, answer telephones, and operate office equipment in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements: Previous administrative experience required; Previous experience in a supervisory or related role preferred; Must have the ability to work independently with limited supervision; Able to follow basic safety procedures and precautions due to physical risks and exposure to hazardous chemicals; Maintains friendly, efficient, positive guest service demeanor towards guests, clients and co-workers; Adaptable to guest needs
