About: The Bear Tooth Theatrepub, a popular entertainment venue in Anchorage, is seeking passionate cooks to join their back-of-house teams. With dinner service from Wednesday to Sunday, this is an exciting opportunity to be part of a supportive team and grow in the culinary world.
Requirements: Must be 16 years of age or older with a Municipality of Anchorage Food Worker Card; able to stand for the duration of the shift with minimal breaks, work in noisy, fast-paced environments, lift and carry 30+ lbs, work in hot and humid environments, have good manual dexterity, coordination, and stamina, self-motivation and the ability to manage time and accomplish tasks with accuracy and efficiency, multitask and retain multiple called ticket items, basic knowledge of kitchen terminology and knife skills
