Position: Extra Board Hostess/Cashier
About: The Emerald Queen Casino in Washington is hiring an Extra Board Hostess/Cashier to greet guests entering the casino restaurants, provide exceptional service, manage reservations, assign tables, calculate daily receipts, seat guests, and maintain a clean hostess area. The role also includes additional duties assigned by the department manager.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED equivalent required; six months restaurant experience required; ability to make correct change and calculate daily receipts; good grooming habits and manners with excellent guest service skills; valid Washington State food handler’s card required; good manual and finger dexterity for operating computerized sales register; ability to stand for longer than 8 hours; mobility to climb stairs routinely; tolerance for a smoke-filled environment; availability to work all scheduled shifts including day, swing, graveyard, and holidays
