Position: Extra Board Barback
About: The Extra Board Barback at Emerald Queen Hotel & Casinos is responsible for assisting bartending staff with barback duties, providing exceptional guest service on the casino floor, stocking beverages and supplies, and maintaining cleanliness in the bar area. The role may also involve additional tasks assigned by the department manager.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED equivalent required; one year of food and beverage experience; ability to work well with guests and co-workers; good communication skills; physical ability to stand for long hours, lift up to 40 pounds, climb stairs routinely, and work in a smoke-filled environment; flexibility to work various shifts including day, swing, graveyard, and holidays; willingness to pass pre-employment drug screening and obtain Class IIIB license as required by regulatory offices.
