About: The Extra Board Barback at the Emerald Queen Casino assists bartending staff, providing superior guest service on the casino floor, stocking beverages, and maintaining bar cleanliness. Starting wage is $16.76/hr, increasing to $17.31/hr after a successful 90-day orientation period.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED equivalent required; Bartending School preferred; one year of food and beverage experience; ability to work well with guests and co-workers; good communication skills; ability to stand for longer than 8 hours, lift up to 40 pounds, climb stairs routinely, and tolerate a smoke-filled environment; willingness to work all scheduled shifts including day, swing, graveyard, and holidays.
