Position: Extension Agents
About: Extension Agent position at Roosevelt County (Culbertson) offering a role with high autonomy and exciting challenges. The primary focus of the County Extension Faculty is to assess local community needs and develop, implement, and evaluate Extension programming, with an emphasis on 4-H/Youth Development along with Agriculture, Family and Consumer Science, and Community Vitality as per local requirements. The team in Roosevelt County consists of a full-time agent for Agriculture, Natural Resources, and Horticulture who shares responsibility for the 4-H program, and a full-time office administrative assistant. Seeking individuals who can work effectively with diverse groups, maintain strong relationships, possess excellent communication skills, and contribute positively to the academic success of students and Montana State University’s mission.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in Extension programming preferred; ability to work effectively with diverse groups; excellent written and verbal communication skills
