About: Ruby Tuesday is seeking an Expo responsible for ensuring timely preparation of all food orders, meeting guest special requests, and following Ruby Tuesday recipes. The Expo communicates effectively with the service and heart of house teams to expedite food deliveries for TueGo/Catering, dining room, and bar areas. They utilize the Kitchen Display System (KDS) to maintain service flow, control costs, and accommodate guest modifications.
Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old; High school diploma or equivalent preferred; No prior work experience required; Ability to provide friendly guest service and comply with food handling regulations; Proficiency in computer and office equipment operation; Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management; Professional attitude with effective communication skills; Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays; Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure while remaining efficient.
