Position: EXPERIENTIAL/LIVE EVENTS PRODUCER
About: Engage & Resonate is seeking a Producer; Integrated Live Events. Candidate must be a self-starter with a “hybrid” live event/experiential and content production background rooted in both client-service and hands-on production primarily centered on consumer-facing activations. Candidate must have a proven track record of managing high-profile projects and events professionally and successfully. Must be an excellent multi-tasker, strong leader and have solid vendor relation and client service skills. Experience with CPG, lifestyle and retail brands is strongly preferred.
Requirements: Minimum 8+ years experience as a lead Producer of integrated experiential marketing events and campaigns; Client-facing role within an agency environment; Proven track record developing and managing large, complex suppliers/projects/teams; Excellent oral/written communication, analytical and interpersonal skills to effectively work with all levels both internally and externally, including colleagues, clients, partners and vendors; Experience developing and effectively managing large budgets; Ability to lift/move a minimum of 50 lbs. regularly and climb ladders as required; A positive team player and strong leader who effortlessly fosters collaboration.
