Position: Experienced Dining Wait Staff
About: The Dining Services Department at a senior living community is seeking a dedicated Server to assist in serving resident and guest meals and maintaining the dining area. Responsibilities include understanding kitchen procedures, assisting residents with orders, and ensuring a clean and organized dining environment. The ideal candidate must attend to special resident needs with empathy and follow all service protocols diligently.
Requirements: Must have a High School Diploma or GED; Must be in a clean designated uniform during working hours and maintain good personal hygiene; Must be able to read and follow simple instructions; Must possess the ability to perform simple, repetitive tasks; Must be able to learn quickly and apply learned principles; Must be able to communicate effectively and work under close supervision; Must be able to bend, reach, grasp, push, and pull objects; Must be able to stand and walk for sustained periods up to three (3) hours at a time; Must be able to lift 50 lbs on a regular basis and carry heavy objects for 20 feet; Must be organized and willing to work well with other team members; Must be willing to work a flexible schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays
