Position: Experience Specialist/Receptionist PRN – Marion Urgent Care
About: Marion Urgent Care is seeking an Experience Specialist/Receptionist for PRN As Needed positions within clinic hours of Mon-Fri 8am-8pm and Sat & Sun 8am-3pm. The role involves being the first point of contact for patients, checking them in, scheduling, handling phone inquiries, processing payments, and providing excellent customer service in a compassionate manner.
Requirements: High school degree or vocational school graduate; previous medical office experience preferred; strong customer service skills; excellent computer skills and abilities; ability to understand and apply guidelines, policies and procedures; strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with physicians, healthcare team members, patients, and support systems; proficiency in Microsoft Office; customer and patient-focused; knowledge of medical terminology/background a plus
