About: Cedar Rapids Westside Urgent Care is seeking an Experience Specialist/Receptionist to be the welcoming face for patients entering the clinic. This role involves patient check-ins, scheduling assistance, phone handling, and ensuring a compassionate and empathetic customer service experience in a healthcare setting.
Requirements: High school degree or vocational school graduate; previous medical office experience preferred; strong customer service skills; excellent computer skills and abilities; ability to understand and apply guidelines, policies, and procedures; strong communication and personable skills to interact with various stakeholders; proficiency in Microsoft Office; customer and patient-focused; background in medical terminology is a plus
