About: Cedar Rapids Westside Urgent Care is seeking an Experience Specialist/Receptionist to be the welcoming face for patients entering their clinics. The role involves patient check-in, scheduling assistance, phone management, and handling payments with a strong emphasis on customer service and compassion.
Requirements: High school degree or vocational school graduate; previous medical office experience preferred; strong customer service skills; excellent computer skills and abilities; ability to understand and apply guidelines, policies, and procedures; strong interpersonal skills to interact with various stakeholders; effective communication skills; proficient in Microsoft Office; customer and patient-focused; knowledge of medical terminology/background a plus
