About: The University of Oregon Continuing and Professional Education (CPE) is seeking an Exhibit Services Manager: Sponsor Fulfillment Lead to join their Conference Services team. CPE collaborates with UO schools, colleges, vendors, and national associations to provide professional development, lifelong learning, and community engagement opportunities. This role involves overseeing exhibit and sponsorship sales, managing client relationships, and ensuring successful event fulfillment both pre-conference and onsite.
Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in meeting planning/events industry; 2 years of experience in events/meetings industry, project management, sponsor management, or client representation
