Position: EXECUTIVE STEWARD, LUCAS OIL STADIUM & INDIANA CONVENTION CENTER
About: Lucas Oil Stadium and the Indiana Convention Center is seeking an Executive Steward. Centerplate and their partner venues have been providing extraordinary hospitality experiences for over 80 years at various gathering places across North America and the United Kingdom, committed to enhancing the time people spend together.
Requirements: Appropriate combination of education and experience to support on-the-job effectiveness; A minimum of 2 years of previous leadership experience within a diverse food and beverage environment, including managing a large staff and focusing on exceptional client and customer service; Previous venue catering/Stewarding experience and multi-site experience strongly preferred; Strong working knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and general workplace safety standards with understanding of Health Department requirements; Demonstrated financial acumen; demonstrated success in interfacing with various organizational functions and divisions; Flexibility to work extended hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
