Position: Executive Steward
About: Fontainebleau Las Vegas, a luxury hotel, is seeking an experienced Executive Steward to ensure the proper functioning of the Stewarding Department and uphold high standards of sanitation. The role involves creating a collaborative work environment, overseeing budgets, and maintaining equipment.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related field; six (6) or more years of relevant experience in a luxury property; previous leadership experience in Food and Beverage field; working knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety regulations; proficiency in Microsoft Office; excellent interpersonal skills; willingness to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends
