Position: Executive Steward
About: A luxury resort at Ko Olina on Oahu’s Western Coast, Four Seasons Resort O’ahu at Ko Olina, is seeking an Executive Steward to join their team. This beachfront island Resort offers breathtaking ocean views, lively pools, and a range of activities for guests, including outrigger canoe rides, white-sand beaches, golf at Ko Olina Golf Club, and relaxation at Naupaka Spa & Wellness Centre.
Requirements: Experience in Hospitality Organization Preferred; Strong ability to lead and train a team to maintain team spirit and quality service; Approaches situations proactively instead of “do as told”; Flexible with changes and challenges and able to take a creative approach; Inventory experience, proficient in Excel & Microsoft systems
