About: Omni Hotels & Resorts is part of the 200-acre Viking Lakes mixed-use development in Minnesota. This location houses the Minnesota Vikings headquarters, Twin Cities Orthopedics Performance Center, TCO Stadium, and a luxury 320-room hotel with extensive meeting and event spaces, food and beverage venues, a spa, and fitness facilities.
Requirements: Minimum 4 years progressive management experience; Previous experience in a high-volume facility preferred; Intermediate level of written and oral English communication; Ability to work varied schedules including weekends and holidays; Computer literacy with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; Professional appearance and demeanor; Leadership skills; Customer service orientation; Food safety certification required; Ability to manage physical demands of the role; Good eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity for equipment operation.
