About: Marriott International is seeking a Kitchen Utility Manager to oversee the daily kitchen operations and staff, including dish room operations, cleaning, banquet plating, and food running. The position involves supervising kitchen employees not actively engaged in cooking and focuses on improving guest and employee satisfaction within budget constraints.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED; 4 years experience in procurement, food and beverage, culinary, or related area. OR 2-year degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; 2 years experience in procurement, food and beverage, culinary, or related field.
